Climate change and societal changes pose essential challenges for companies and employees in the automotive industry. At the same time, there is a significant shortage of skilled workers in the GreenTech sector (among others). The ZUKUNFTMobil project breaks old patterns and prepares people for transformation.
Project Objectives
By taking a holistic approach towards transformation, the Bavarian Environmental Cluster, together with project partners imu augsburg GmbH & Co. KG, WBS Training AG, IdeenNetzWerk GbR, and Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft GmbH, develops further education and training programs aimed at:

Funding and Project Duration
The ZUKUNFTMobil training network is supported by the Federal Ministry of Labor as part of the economic stimulus package "Future Investments for Vehicle Manufacturers and Supplier Industry." The project runs from May 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024.
